Taking a closer look at fourth-year linebacker

This past May, the Kansas City Chiefs exercised the fifth-year option on linebacker Dee Ford’s contract.

He spoke to the media at OTAs about his desire to continue to develop his play.

Although Ford is coming off an incredible season, he admits his performance wasn’t consistent.

2017 Outlook:

For three consecutive seasons now, Ford has more than doubled his sack totals from the previous year.

In his rookie season in 2014, Ford finished with 1.5 sacks, and then a year later in Personalized 49ers Jersey 2015, he had 4.0 sacks, and then last year Ford showed no mercy, finishing with a team-leading 10.0 sacks.
